To mark the Dickson Shops turning 60 in 2025, Dickson Residents Group invites musicians to get creative juices flowing and dream up a song about Dickson. You have until 28 November to send in something fun and catchy that we can play on local radio stations (we’ll need both the lyrics and a demo mp3 file if possible)! Prize for best entry to be confirmed shortly.
The song should:
- have a sixties vibe
- contain the words “feel the beat”
- draw on the history of the area and
- make use of the piano that regularly resides in Dickson’s Taglietti Square.
